If you have not registered your details with Mugg & Bean you will be able to Earn MuggBucks, but you won’t be able to Redeem them.

How do I Earn?

  1. After joining, you can start earning MuggBucks from your very first transaction.
  2. Simply hand your Rewards Card to your Waitron every time you visit us to record your MuggBucks.
  3. You will receive a slip indicating that your MuggBucks have been recorded.
  4. We record your MuggBucks and load them onto your card once a week for you to redeem.
  5. You must always have a minimum of 10 MuggBucks loaded onto your card before you can redeem.
  6. If your card has not been registered – which means that we do not have your personal details recorded - you will not be able to redeem your MuggBucks.

How do I Redeem?
  1. You need to be registered as member of the Gingerbread Foundation.
  2. You need to have a minimum of 10 MuggBucks or more on your card.
  3. When settling your bill, simply hand your Rewards Card to the Waitron, and they will deduct your accumulated MuggBucks off your bill.
  4. You will get a slip indicating that your MuggBucks have been deducted and recorded.

How do I know how many MuggBucks I have?

  1. Simply hand the waitron your card and ask them to check your MuggBucks balance.
  2. Remember, that your card gets loaded with your earned MuggBucks once a week, so the recorded balance on your card will be the balance as at the last settlement.
